SINGAPORE DELIVERY/POSTAGE

1. Normal Postage is FREE.
2. Courier Delivery available at a flat rate of ONLY S$5.00.
   For delivery on the same afternoon (3pm - 5.30pm), we need to receive your payment by 9.30am. For delivery on the next morning (10am - 1pm), we need to receive your payment by 2.30pm. No deliveries on Saturday afternoons Sundays and Public Holidays. (Please let us know your contact number to facilitate delivery)
3. Registered Mail w/ Tracking Number, add S$2.00 Customers are advised to add Registered Mail for more costly items.

1. We ship to the following countries presently: Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand
2. Malaysia at only $7 Flat. FULL REFUND ON NON DELIVERY
3. Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea & Taiwan: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of ONLY S$14.90/shipment!
4. Australia & New Zealand: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of ONLY S$19.90/shipment!
5. Registered Air Mail will take 9 -11 days to reach destination.
6. 24 - 48 hours FedEx Express also available from S$16.00/shipment! Contact us for exact rate.
   
   

RETURN POLICY

1. Only apply to the male toys electronic parts manufacturer fault.
   ( if found any other parts fault, must immediately inform after goods received within 24 hours )
2. If the return goods was found damage by the purchaser mistake, will not allow to exchange.
3. All the exchange product must have the initial receipt.
   
   

DISCLAIMER & REFUND POLICY

1. magiclovetoys.com will NOT be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery of items not sent with Registered Mail or Courier Delivery options, although this happens very rarely. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control.
2. Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received. Most Singapore orders will take only about 2 working days to reach it's destination by mail.
3. Due to hygiene reasons as well as the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page. All sales are final.
4. We will never accept returned products and put them up for sale again. This policy is strictly enforced as this is a matter of business ethics.
